Women’s health is vital for their own future, families, and children. As part of the ‘Health Awareness Project’ targeting 1,000 women in schools, universities, and institutes, Peace Gate for Development Organization (PGDO) conducted an awareness session on fighting breast cancer. This session engaged over 150 women at the International University of Erbil. Its primary objective was to empower women with knowledge on safeguarding their health and ensuring they undergo regular tests for early detection of any diseases or cancer. Several more health awareness sessions are planned for the upcoming period, emphasizing the significance of maintaining one’s health.
